 This Turnkey Laser Medical Spa is located in one of the highest upscale towns in Westchester County NY on the main retail street with heavy pedestrian traffic.  This high end new build-out was hand crafted utilizing marble counters and floors, mosaic tiles, custom made furniture and hanging Swarovski chandeliers.   This Laser Medical Spa features all the equipment you will need to operate this business and is in move-in mint condition. 

Details:  The spa opens with a double glass and black slate store front entrance way with high end mosaic detailed floor tile.  The front reception area holds two custom made chairs from Kravitz Design  of NYC. A Samsung flat screen wall mounted TV.  A polished white marble reception desk with two stools followed by a blue and brown amber mosaic tile back drop with another polished white marble counter with storage space underneath.  The walls thru out the spa are painted a pale blue.  The floors inside the spa are white marble tile with dark wood tile trim.   There are two very large treatment rooms.  The walls are of tinted non see thru glass that slide open.  The ceilings in both rooms are custom made acoustic ceilings with piped in ceiling speakers thru out the spa.  There is a three tier custom made chandelier in the entrance of the spa.  The hall way is long with a curved mosaic blue tiled ceiling with three Swarovski crystal ball chandeliers going down the hall.  The lights in the treatment rooms are recessed and all on dimmers.  The back of the spa has a sliding glass door cabinet that contains the stereo system and a wine/water refrigerator.  The bathroom is done in black and white tile also mirrored with high end Kohler sink, square toilet and fixtures.  It also has a two tiered chandelier on a dimmer.  The back wall of the spa has a white "wave" wall. 

The first treatment room contains a marble counter with storage.  An electric heated table controlled by foot or hand pedal with a custom made foot bunting.  A HydroFacial machine, OxygenFacial machine, high end steamer with all of the capabilities, towel cabby, two wax warmers,  a lotion warmer several white carts to hold equipment.  A brown leather tufted bench and a stool for the Aesthetician. 

The second treatment room contains a GentleMax Laser from Candela, a VelaShape II machine and a lotion warmer.  Desk with cabinet storage and a brown leather chair with a brown leather tufted bench in the room and a portable massage table with a custom made "skirt".

A storage closet in the back with glass door.  

The basement has storage facilities outfitted with metal shelving for supplies. 

The spa has a built-in alarm system and emergency lighted exit signs.   

All furniture, fixtures and equipment are included in the sale.  All equipment is under warranty.
