The Costa Rica Water Company (CRWC) is situated in the Nicoya Peninsula of Costa Rica in the province of Guanacaste on a protected 5-Acre flat site with 1 ac- tive well located at the base of a mountain range easily accessible to main roads for transporta- tion and shipping.

There is enough room on this property to expand to 5 active wells and build a bottling plant, a warehouse and solar farm capable of producing enough power to operate the bottling plant up to 18 hours a day.

The site has logistical advantages for shipping as it is only 95 miles from the Port of Caldera on the Pacific coast and 241 miles from the Port of Limon on the Atlantic coast.

The area has been identified by National Geographic as the largest Blue Zone in the world, where people live longer and healthier lives.

The minerals in the water have proven to be a contributing factor to the health and longevity of the inhabitants of the area.CRWC draws its water from a natural aquifer possessing special geological and geographical attributes producing water with unique mineral properties and a refreshingly smooth taste right out of the ground.

The water is so naturally pure that it needs no enhancements or other alter- ations for processes like other bottled waters.The water is rich with vital magnesium and calcium and has one of the lowest nitrate levels in the bottled water market compared to other bottled waters.

The existing well has been pump tested during the driest time of the year and produces more than 60 gallons per minute, 43,200 gallons per day or 15m plus gallons a year based on a 12 hour day. This one well would fill more than 119,376,746 500ml bottles.

*Note: The extraction permit for the existing wells can be increased to 18 hours per day, which can increase the number of gallons produced by 50%.

Current governmental controls on permits and restrictions on future water rights and exploitation poses a very high barrier to entry to current and future competitors.

To locate a water source of equivalent quality, obtain the necessary certifications, water concessions rights and other gov- ernmental approvals, could take up to 4 years.

The resultant terms are likely to be significantly less attractive given today’s restrictive governmental policy toward granting water access rights in the current water scarce environment.

**Note: CRWC operations permit has clearance for as many as five wells on the existing 5-acre site. Two more wells can be drilled on the property without additional approval from the gov- ernment.
